mixed feelings at the hotel
uncomfortable mattress worse pillows
the location was convenient because its within kyoto station.
the room was not clean or cozy for me. the mattress was also very uncomfortable, and the pillows was even worse.

convenient stay at train station
great convenience restaurant choice buffet breakfast
this hotel is inside the train station, it gave me great convenience. many restaurants are part of the station, many choices are available there. i liked the helpful reception, they stored our bags for me. the rate included a buffet breakfast, and it offered many options.
the room was small, that was disappointing. i got two double beds instead of a king size bed. there was a very small nightstand between the beds. there was not a rack for the suitcases.

the staff took luggage early, helpful. they provided me with an adaptor. i am thankful of friendly service i received, it makes a difference .

the hotel is in the train station, so it's easy to make day trips. a lot of restaurants and shops are nearby. the hotel gave me easy access to the trains.

My standard twin room included two separate beds. The room had air conditioning. The hotel provided pajamas in the room.. I appreciated this. The hotel is very close to many shops.
The front desk had limited English.

Super Convenient Location!
direct access quiet environment helpful staff
The hotel has direct access to train platforms and bus terminals! I stored my luggage after checking out. The room offered comfortable bedding and a quiet environment. Staff members were very helpful and spoke English fluently.
Finding the hotel initially was a bit difficult, especially after arriving by taxi at night. I wish there were clearer signs directing guests from the taxi drop-off area.

The hotel is directly inside the train station. I found many restaurant options catering to different tastes nearby. Reception staff were helpful and stored our bags (very convenient!). We were three adults and booked a room with three single beds.
The hotel does not offer luggage delivery services like most other hotels. We had to use the delivery service at the station, which opens at 9 am.

Awesome Location and Smooth Stay!

I found bottled mineral water and tea bags ready in the room. The location is fantastic because it connects right to the main station! There are lots of restaurants close to the hotel. I could watch trains come and go from my room, so cool!
Just so you know, the nightstand was small. I barely put my stuff on it.

convenient location dining option variety helpful staff
the location was convenient being directly connected to the transportation hub i could easily access various trains and buses without stepping outside the hotel i also appreciated the variety of dining options available within the complex there were many restaurants and cafes ensuring i never had to venture far for a meal the staff were friendly and helpful providing excellent service throughout my stay
the room was a bit small it felt somewhat cramped especially with luggage
